Baked Onion Rings

These Baked Onion Rings looked delicious.

I didn't have bread crumbs, so I ground up some Rice Krispies, along with the Corn Flakes.  Added a bit of seasonings, and they turned out quite well.  Two things I would have done differently:
  1. I let them bake a little too long because I wanted the onions to be soft and cooked, not raw and crunchy.  As a result, they ended up a little too crispy.
  2. I sliced them using the widest setting on my mandoline slicer, but I think they still ended up too skinny.  I'll have to cut them  by hand last time.
Will definitely make again!
